Price 450 CZK/person (without VAT)
Sample menu for a minimum of 20 people. In case of smaller number of people, the menu will be slightly adjusted.
Hot buffet with service (200 g/person)
- marinated chicken pieces with sautéed vegetables
- pork tenderloin steaks with mild pepper sauce
- Prague ham served on a heated granite stone with pearl onions and two types of mustard sauces
Side dishes (150 g/person + 2 pieces of pastry)
- baked potatoes Grenaille
- mildly seasoned grilled vegetables
- rye, white, sourdough or black bread
Pre-cut food plates and cold specialties (150 g/person)
- venison pâté served with cranberry sauce
- cocktail chicken and pork chops

- chicken fricassee with champignons, paprika, cream and lemon juice
- spinach lasagna with cheese and parmesan
Side dishes (150 g/person + 2 pieces of pastry)
- baked potatoes Grenaille
- mildly seasoned grilled vegetables
- homemade potato pancakes
- rye, white, sourdough or black bread
