Current opening hours are available on the website.<\/p><p>6. By prior arrangement, the venue may also be used outside regular opening hours.<\/p><p>7. If a&nbsp;participant cannot attend the reserved time, they must notify the operator no later than 24 hours in advance. The following are prohibited in the arena:<\/p><p>a. entering in unsuitable footwear (dirty shoes, high heels, etc.); suitable footwear is closed sports shoes<\/p><p>b. playing without proper clothing (the vest may not be worn on bare skin)<\/p><p>c. bringing in or handling sharp or dangerous objects (e.g. knives, scissors, glass bottles, etc.)<\/p><p>d. moving or handling arena equipment outside designated areas<\/p><p>e. bringing food or drinks into the arena or consuming them there<\/p><p>f. entering with chewing gum or disposing of chewing gum in the arena<\/p><p>g. entry by intoxicated persons<\/p><p>5. Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. Animals are only permitted if secured with a&nbsp;leash and muzzle.<\/p><p>6. Any defects or damage noticed by participants must be reported to the operator immediately.<\/p><p>7. The operator reserves the right to remove any person violating these rules from the premises at any time, including during an unfinished game, without compensation. This does not affect the operator\u2019s right to claim damages.<\/p><p>8. The following are prohibited in the arena:<\/p><p>a. entering in unsuitable footwear (dirty shoes, high heels, etc.); suitable footwear is closed sports shoes<\/p><p>b. playing without proper clothing (the vest may not be worn on bare skin)<\/p><p>c. bringing in or handling sharp or dangerous objects (e.g. knives, scissors, glass bottles, etc.)<\/p><p>d. moving or handling arena equipment outside designated areas<\/p><p>e. bringing food or drinks into the arena or consuming them there<\/p><p>f. entering with chewing gum or disposing of chewing gum in the arena<\/p><p>g. entry by intoxicated persons<\/p><p>5. Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. Animals are only permitted if secured with a&nbsp;leash and muzzle.<\/p><p>6. Any defects or damage noticed by participants must be reported to the operator immediately.<\/p><p>7. The operator reserves the right to remove any person violating these rules from the premises at any time, including during an unfinished game, without compensation. This does not affect the operator\u2019s right to claim damages.<\/p><p>8. These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the seller and a&nbsp;natural person who enters into a&nbsp;purchase agreement outside their business activity as a&nbsp;consumer, or within the scope of their business activity (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cbuyer\u201d), through the web interface available on the seller\u2019s website (hereinafter referred to as the \u201conline store\u201d).<\/p><p>3. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the purchase agreement. Any provisions deviating from these terms and conditions in the purchase agreement shall prevail over these terms and conditions.<\/p><p>4. These terms and conditions and the purchase agreement are concluded in the Czech language.<\/p><p><strong>II. Information About Goods and Prices<\/strong><\/p><p>1. Information about goods, including the prices of individual goods and their main characteristics, is provided for each product on the website. Product prices include value added tax (VAT), all related charges, and any costs associated with the return of goods. Prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed on the website.<\/p><p>2. All product presentations displayed in the online store are for informational purposes only, and the seller is not obliged to conclude a&nbsp;purchase agreement regarding such goods.<\/p><p>3. Information on packaging and delivery costs is published in the online store. Delivery cost information applies only to deliveries within the Czech Republic.<\/p><p>4. Any discounts on the purchase price of goods may not be combined unless agreed otherwise by the seller.<\/p><p><b>III. <strong>Order and Conclusion of Purchase Agreement<\/strong><\/b><\/p><p>1. The buyer bears the costs incurred when using remote communication means in connection with concluding the purchase agreement (internet connection costs, telephone charges, etc.). These costs do&nbsp;not differ from the standard rate.<\/p><p>2. Orders may be placed by the buyer as follows:<\/p><ul><li>via the online order form without registration on the website<\/li><\/ul><p>3. When placing an order, the buyer selects the goods and quantity.<\/p><p>4. Before submitting the order, the buyer is allowed to review and modify the data entered into the order. Data provided in the order is deemed correct by the seller. The order is valid only if all mandatory fields in the order form are completed and the buyer confirms having read these terms and conditions.<\/p><p>5. Immediately after receiving the order, the seller shall send the ordered voucher and confirmation of receipt of the order to the buyer\u2019s email address provided during the ordering process. The purchase contract is thereby concluded.<\/p><p>6. If the seller is unable to fulfill any of the requirements stated in the order, the seller shall send the buyer a&nbsp;modified offer to the buyer\u2019s email address. The modified offer shall be considered a&nbsp;new proposal for a&nbsp;purchase contract, and in such a&nbsp;case, the purchase contract is concluded upon the buyer\u2019s confirmation of acceptance of this offer sent to the seller\u2019s email address specified in these terms and conditions.<\/p><p>7. All orders received by the seller are binding.<\/p><p>8. In the event of an obvious technical error on the part of the seller in stating the price of the goods in the online store or during the ordering process, the seller is not obliged to deliver the goods to the buyer at such clearly erroneous price, even if an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order has been sent to the buyer in accordance with these terms and conditions. The seller shall inform the buyer of the error without undue delay and send a&nbsp;modified offer to the buyer\u2019s email address. The modified offer shall be considered a&nbsp;new proposal for a&nbsp;purchase contract, and the purchase contract is concluded upon the buyer\u2019s acceptance sent to the seller\u2019s email address.<\/p><p><b>IV. Payment Terms and Delivery of Goods<\/b><\/p><p>1. The buyer may pay the price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the goods under the purchase contract in the following ways:<br data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1689\" \/>\u2022 cashless payment by online payment card,<br data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1734\" \/>\u2022 in cash or by payment card upon personal collection at the seller\u2019s premises.<\/p><p>2. In the case of payment via a&nbsp;payment gateway, the buyer shall follow the instructions of the relevant electronic payment provider.<\/p><p>3. According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a&nbsp;receipt to the buyer. At the same time, the seller is obliged to register the received payment with the tax authority online; in the event of a&nbsp;technical outage, no later than within 48 hours.<\/p><p>4. The goods shall be delivered to the buyer:<br data-start=\"2288\" data-end=\"2291\" \/>\u2022 by sending them to the specified email address,<br data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2343\" \/>\u2022 by personal collection at the seller\u2019s premises.<\/p><p>5. The choice of delivery method is made during the ordering of the goods.\u00ed.<\/p><p>6. Delivery costs, depending on the method of dispatch and receipt of the goods, are included in the price. If the method of transport is agreed upon based on a&nbsp;special request of the buyer, the buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transport.<\/p><p>7. If the seller is obliged under the purchase contract to deliver the goods to a&nbsp;location specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to accept the goods upon delivery. If, for reasons on the buyer\u2019s side, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a&nbsp;manner other than stated in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery or with a&nbsp;different method of delivery.<\/p><p>8. If the buyer requests an invoice, it is sufficient to contact the seller within 14 days from placing the order.<\/p><p>9. The buyer acquires ownership of the goods upon full payment of the purchase price. Liability for accidental destruction, damage, or loss of the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of receipt of the goods or at the moment when the buyer was obliged to accept the goods but failed to do&nbsp;so in breach of the purchase contract.<\/p><p><b>V. Withdrawal from the Contract<\/b><\/p><p>1. A&nbsp;buyer who has concluded a&nbsp;purchase contract outside their business activity as a&nbsp;consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.<\/p><p>2. The withdrawal period is 14 days<br data-start=\"3887\" data-end=\"3890\" \/>\u2022 from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p><p>3. To comply with the withdrawal period, the buyer must send a&nbsp;notice of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.<\/p><p>4. To withdraw from the purchase contract, the buyer must contact the seller by phone or via email.<\/p><p>5. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the voucher will be immediately invalidated.<\/p><p>6. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller shall return the funds corresponding to the value of the voucher without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. The seller shall return the received funds by another method only if the buyer agrees and if no additional costs are incurred.<\/p><p><b>VI. Rights Arising from Defective Performance<\/b><\/p><p>1. In the event of a&nbsp;defect, the buyer may file a&nbsp;complaint with the seller and request:<br data-start=\"4716\" data-end=\"4719\" \/>\u2022 replacement with new goods,<br data-start=\"4748\" data-end=\"4751\" \/>\u2022 a&nbsp;reasonable discount from the purchase price,<br data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4802\" \/>\u2022 withdrawal from the contract.<\/p><p>2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract:<br data-start=\"4896\" data-end=\"4899\" \/>\u2022 if the goods have a&nbsp;substantial defect,<br data-start=\"4940\" data-end=\"4943\" \/>\u2022 in the case of a&nbsp;greater number of defects.<\/p><p>3. A&nbsp;substantial breach is one which the breaching party knew or should have known at the time of concluding the contract that the other party would not have concluded the contract had it foreseen the breach.<\/p><p>4. In the case of a&nbsp;defect constituting a&nbsp;non-substantial breach of the contract (regardless of whether the defect is remediable or not), the buyer is entitled to have the defect remedied or to a&nbsp;reasonable discount.<\/p><p>5. When making a&nbsp;complaint, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller which right they have chosen.<\/p><p>6. If repair or replacement of the goods is not possible, the buyer may withdraw from the contract and request a&nbsp;full refund.<\/p><p>7. If the seller proves that the buyer knew about the defect before taking over the goods or caused it themselves, the seller is not obliged to satisfy the buyer\u2019s claim.<\/p><p>8. The buyer cannot claim defects for discounted goods for the reason for which the goods were discounted.<\/p><p>9. The seller is obliged to accept complaints at any establishment where acceptance is possible.<\/p><p>10. The seller or an authorized employee shall decide on the complaint immediately, in complex cases within three working days. This period does not include the time reasonably necessary, depending on the type of product or service, for professional assessment of the defect. The complaint, including remedy of the defect, must be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of filing the complaint, unless the seller and the buyer agree on a&nbsp;longer period. Failure to meet this deadline is considered a&nbsp;substantial breach of the contract, and the buyer has the right to withdraw. The moment of filing the complaint is considered the moment when the buyer\u2019s expression of will (exercise of rights from defective performance) is delivered to the seller.<\/p><p>11. The seller shall inform the buyer in writing of the result of the complaint.<\/p><p>12. The buyer is not entitled to rights arising from defective performance if they knew about the defect before accepting the goods or caused it themselves.<\/p><p>13. In the case of a&nbsp;justified complaint, the buyer is entitled to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs related to the complaint. This right must be exercised with the seller within one month after the expiry of the warranty period; otherwise, it may not be granted by a&nbsp;court.<\/p><p>14. The buyer has the right to choose the method of complaint resolution.<\/p><p>15. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding rights arising from defective performance are governed by Sections 1914\u20131925, 2099\u20132117, and 2161\u20132174 of the Civil Code and Act No. 634\/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.<\/p><p>16. Further rights and obligations related to the seller\u2019s liability for defects are governed by the seller\u2019s complaint procedure.<\/p><p><b>VII. Delivery of Documents<\/b><\/p><p>1. The contracting parties may deliver all written correspondence to each other via electronic mail.<\/p><p>2. The buyer delivers correspondence to the seller at the email address specified in these terms and conditions. The seller delivers correspondence to the buyer at the email address specified in the order.<\/p><p><b>VIII. Personal Data<\/b><\/p><p data-start=\"8213\" data-end=\"8687\">1. All information you provide during our cooperation is confidential and will be treated as such. Unless you give us written consent, we will not use your data for purposes other than performance under the contract, except for your email address, to which commercial communications may be sent, as permitted by law unless you refuse. The email address will be stored for this purpose for a&nbsp;period of 3 years from the conclusion of the last contract between the parties.<\/p><p data-start=\"8689\" data-end=\"8785\">2. More detailed information on personal data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy.<\/p><p><b>IX. Final Provisions<\/b><\/p><p data-start=\"8818\" data-end=\"9171\">1. All agreements between the seller and the buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If the relationship established by the purchase contract contains an international element, the parties agree that the relationship shall be governed by Czech law. This does not affect consumer rights arising from generally binding legal regulations.<\/p><p data-start=\"9173\" data-end=\"9312\">2. The seller is not bound by any codes of conduct in relation to the buyer within the meaning of Section 1826(1)(e) of the Civil Code.<\/p><p data-start=\"9314\" data-end=\"9628\">3. All rights to the seller\u2019s website, especially copyrights to the content, including page layout, photos, films, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content and elements, belong to the seller. It is prohibited to copy, modify, or otherwise use the website or any part thereof without the seller\u2019s consent.<\/p><p data-start=\"9630\" data-end=\"10118\">4. The seller is not liable for errors resulting from interference by third parties with the online store or from its use contrary to its intended purpose. When using the online store, the buyer must not use procedures that could negatively affect its operation and must not engage in any activity that could enable unauthorized interference with or use of the software or other components of the online store, or use the online store or its parts in a&nbsp;manner contrary to its purpose.<\/p><p data-start=\"10120\" data-end=\"10246\">5.
