If you come by car, you can park in OC Palladium, which is approx. 500 m from the arena. Parking costs 65 CZK/hour. Parking is also possible in paid zones in Na Příkopě street. The price of parking zones ranges from 60-80 CZK per hour.

Where exactly can we find you?
We are located in The Playground building at Na Příkopě 854/14, Prague 1.
How can we get to you by public transport?
The nearest metro stop is Můstek (lines A and B) or Náměstí Republiky (line B). If you take the tram, it is best to get off at the Václavské náměstí or Jindřišská stop.
Is it possible to park at your place?

Do you have changing rooms and showers?
In our arena Na Příkopě you can lock your valuables in lockers. Unfortunately, we do not have a changing room, but we will be happy to let you change in our facilities.
Is the space air-conditioned?
Yes, the space is fully air-conditioned.
What are the appropriate footwear and clothing?
The most important, and practically the only condition, is good and sturdy shoes. The clothes are up to you, but it’s a good idea to choose something sportier, because you’ll be moving throughout the game, and you’ll definitely sweat. We recommend choosing darker to black colors to be more camouflaged and reduce the chance of being hit.
Is it possible to make a reservation outside opening hours? Is it possible to make a weekday morning reservation?
Certainly yes, please contact us by phone or email and we will make a reservation even before opening hours. If you are interested, we are open even after opening hours.
How long does one game last and how many games do you recommend?
One game lasts 10 minutes. According to our experience, we recommend booking a minimum of 3 games with a 15 minute break between games for refreshments.
Can we play in the arena alone?
The arena can be closed for free only for your group, the condition for closing is a minimum of 8 players.
What is the maximum number of players in the arena?
The capacity of the arena is 12 players. However, we still have three spare vests and if they are all in order, up to 15 players can play at once.
Will we see some stats after the game on how I did?
After the game, each player will receive his score card, where he will see detailed statistics. At the same time, those who are not playing can watch online statistics directly from the arena in the bar area.
How much do I run in one game laser game?
In an hour of laser tag, you will have about 1km in feet. But don’t worry, you’ll be so passionate about the game that you won’t even recognize the kilometres you’ve covered.
How can I become your member?
You can create a membership at any of our branches. The membership card is for a one-time fee of 100 CZK and after that you can already play at member prices with a 15-25% discount. You can also see detailed statistics from the comfort of your home, you have your own nickname and many other benefits.
Is the laser safe, can it damage my eyesight?
The laser is classified as safety class II, which means that it is completely safe and cannot harm you in any way. Not even if you’re aiming directly for the eye.
What kind of snacks do you offer?
The Na Příkopě branch also offers small refreshments –complete menu.
Do you have other activities besides the laser game?
Of course! You will find yourself in one of the biggest entertainment centres in the Czech Republic and you won’t know where to look first. From the roller coaster, carousel, tons of toys, to the mirror museum, butterfly house, virtual reality and many more.
Can I buy a voucher from you?
The voucher can be bought at any branch or online at the website. The voucher can be used for laser games, refreshments and all accompanying activities (VR, arcades and more).
Can you pay by card?
Yes, you can pay by card at the branch.
